Thoughts
Uncle Hsia's kind eyes and huge smile are the first images that come to mind when I think of Uncle Hsia. Then, his jolly laughter. Finally, the food - I learned the joy of the mantra 'live to eat' from my Uncle Hsia; how lucky for me. I will keep remembering.

I'll always remember Uncle Hsia sharing his state of the art PC with me back in Hong Kong. I particularly remember Dai Gu Jeung helping me with the puzzles on "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" and I still remember being in awe and feeling like a real adventurer at the time. Thank you for your generosity throughout the years - you will be sorely missed.

Uncle Hsia, I will always remember you from Hong Kong. You always took us to great restaurants. From Tepanyaki to Seafood. always generous and full of life. You were always laughing and cheerful. So glad I had you as an uncle.
