Uncle Hsia's kind eyes and huge smile are the first images that come to mind when I think of Uncle Hsia. Then, his jolly laughter. Finally, the food - I learned the joy of the mantra 'live to eat' from my Uncle Hsia; how lucky for me. I will keep remembering.
